First Base is an associate of Tally since 1991, since then we are engaged only in Tally sales, support, training and provide customize / integrated Tally based Solution. We as Master Tally Partner, Tally Integrator and Service support center have a huge cliental covering the entire spectrum of business, to say manufacturing, service, trading, financial, IT, Telecommunication, etc. By now with the one to on interaction with the users we have become quite an expert in Tally.
Our business philosophy is to determine the needs, wants and interest of customers and deliver the desired results effectively and efficiently in way that maintains and helps to improve the customers business.
We have a very strong team of professionals with more than 10 years experience in Tally. Toughened by the various challenges encountered successfully at various clients’ locations. We have successfully implemented Tally synchronization feature of reputed Companies for their different locations.
Our experience with the wide range of clients shows that most of the users of Tally are not exploiting the real power and potential of Tally. Most of them are only using only 30-40% of Tally.
This is because of two reasons.
- 1. In the normal course of Tally Training it is not possible to exploit all the features of Tally.
2. Most of the users hesitate to experiment with the advanced features of Tally by themselves for the lack of quality support.
